How much is shipping?
We currently offer standard shipment domestically through the United States Postal Service at a flat rate of $4.95 per order.
Do you ship to APO addresses / PO boxes?
Yes. Shipment to APO addresses and PO boxes is included in our domestic shipment through the USPS. The standard rates apply.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days unless noted otherwise. You will be notified by a customer service representative if an item in your order is back ordered. Back ordered items may not be available for shipment for 2-6 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time we do not ship internationally.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Do you accept Paypal?
No. At this time, we do not accept Paypal.
Can I send my payment via snail mail?
In order to best serve our clients, we only accept orders via our Internet site.
Can I send you my T-shirt idea?
Sorry, but at this time we do not accept designs or design ideas.
Is sales tax included in my order?
Sales tax is added to all orders shipped within the state of Ohio.
How do your T-shirts fit?
Our T-shirts are designed for a tighter, more fashionable fit. If you prefer a looser, relaxed fit, Galt's Watching recommends choosing one size larger. Ladies looking for a more relaxed style should also consider the men's fashion fit.
What are the measurements of your shirts?
We currently offer 3 styles of Alstyle shirts.
All T-shirts' Men's fits are currently as follows-
Men's fit - 4.3 oz 100% Combed Ringspun Cotton. Super-soft, lightweight, slim-fit tee. Machine washable and preshrunk to minimize shrinkage.
Body Width: S=18", M=20", L=22", XL=24", 2XL=26"
*Please note: Body width taken 1” below armhole for sizing.
All women's fits except for the Liberty Lover T-shirt are currently as follows -
Women's fit (fashion fit - longer cut) - 4 oz 100% Combed Ringspun Cotton. Super-soft, lightweight, slightly sheer tee. Side-seamed and tapered for a perfect fit.
Body Width: S=15 1/4", M=16", L=17", XL=19"
*Please note: Body width taken 1” below armhole for sizing.
The women's fit for the Liberty Lover T-shirt is currently as follows -
Woman's fit (shorter length than fashion fit) - 4.3 oz 100% Ringspun Cotton . Super soft with a slight stretch for a perfect fit. Longer length, slightly scooped neck, fashionably shorter sleeves. Preshrunk to minimize shrinkage.
Body Width: S=14 1/2", M=15 3/4", L=16 1/4", XL=17 1/4", 2XL=18 3/4"
*Please note: Body width taken 1” below armhole for sizing.
***Please note that design may be sized slightly differently on differently sized shirts. (The "O-H" on a small women's fit shirt may be slightly smaller than the "O-H" on a XL men's fit shirt.)***
What is your return/exchange policy?
If your shirt does not fit, or you are otherwise unsatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your shirt within 30 days, provided that your merchandise is still unworn, unwashed and otherwise undamaged. Please return items with the original packing slip, indicating the nature of the exchange/return. Refunds are for the purchase price only. We do not refund shipping charges. Please contact us via email prior to sending your exchange/return for any additional information and so that we may be able to best ensure your satisfaction with exchange/return arrangements.
